Horde/IMP/Turba RC4

Horde 2.0 Release Candidate 4 (RC4), IMP 3.0 RC4, and Turba 1.0 RC4 are
now available.  Please note the new installation documentation in the
docs/INSTALL file for all three; we would especially appreciate feedback
from people trying to install using this documentation.

RC4 is the next in a series of releases preparing for the final,
production-level release; these release candidates should be considered
stable and ready for production testing.  Only bug fixes and
forward-compatible changes will end up in future release candidates and
the final release, which we hope to have out just after the first of the
year.  Thanks in advance for helping us meet this goal by testing RC4 and
providing us with feedback on the Horde lists.

The RC4 release can be downloaded from the following locations:
