[imp] Problem with Login

I figured out the problem, the /var/mail needs to be group 'mail' and it
needs to be writable. :)

I just updated my Horde/IMP to the latest CVS today and
I noticed that I am having a problem logging in. I see
What is happening I think but not sure what the problem is.
When I go to log in the browser sits there and then I notice
In the processes there is:

34559  ??  S      0:00.00 /usr/local/libexec/mlock 3 /var/mail/aether

The file permissions is:
-rw-------   1 aether    mail   3095377 Jan  4 11:02 aether

The /var/mail directory permissions is:
drwxrwxr-x   2 root    wheel         512 Jan  4 11:18 mai

Do I have something wrong? I can't figure out why it just gets stuck
When trying to login and then the mlock command runs?
