I can't use IMP 3.0,,,, why ???

Hi, all:

I'm very new on this, please help me.

I don't understand anything.

I have this site: webmail.hombresdevalorint.com

I download new version IMP 3.0 to my Windows PC, but I logon ftp site and its empty, I don't now if need IMP program in the server or what ???

When I go to my web mail see this link

http://webmail.hombresdevalorint.com/login.php3?reason=login

but at this time run imp version 2.2.6

What can I do if I want run IMP 3.0

Please, please, please, heeeellllpppp me.
