Makefile for compiling PHP for Horde/IMP

Hi,

Can someone please test this Makefile. I use it to build PHP and prereqs 
for IMP.

Its supposed to download required softwares and compile them from easily 
from source.
The target it Linux. I have tested it on SuSE 6.4, 7.0 and 7.3.

Please test it and let me know if it works on other distributions.
