[imp] Help - Can not login IMP

Are you using SSL?
I experienced the same problem, and the fix was to put 

SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" \
         nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
         downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0

in my apache config.
