[imp] IMP 2.2.x to 3.0.x DataBase Upgrade

Isn't there a script in the imp/scripts folder (written in perl???)?  I can't 
check, I'm not at my machine.  You could also write one yourself - it's not 
dreadfully hard; I have done it here, but I'm setting quite a lot of stuff by 
default in that, rather than the main configuration.
