sieve horde module?

Would it be worthwhile to create a horde module for sieve?  Would this =
be the preferred way?  Any ideas from Chuck or that end of the spectrum? =
 The idea was given to me and it sounds like a great thing.  Maybe a =
better way to integrate it into Imp/Horde without having to use patches =
(which are a pain to maintain.)
