Dutch language doesn't work (Nederlands)

Hi,

I recently switched to IMP3 (final)

When i select 'Nederlands' (dutch) as the language in either the user's 
language settings or on the login page, everything remains in english, except 
for the locale (time & date prints)

could it be that the traduction for the dutch language of imp3 is'nt completed 
yet ? 

I really need it to be in dutch, i have allot of REALLY *STUPID* dutch-only 
users.

Can i traduct manually/where/which files ?
Or can you give me some more info about the language system used...
