Expand Names window comes up blank

Weird.. in both my production 2.x Horde/IMP install and my test 3.x 
Horde/IMP install when a user clicks on Expand Names in the compose 
window, the window refreshes and becomes just a white screen.

Weird.. Other than that, everything else seems to work just fine...

Any ideas where I can *start* debugging this one?
