Options Buttons where?

I just installed IMP3. I have seen using the demo site, that there should be
an Options tab in the menu after loggin in where user can set their FROM
address, their name as well as a number of other options. In my
installation this feature seems to be disabled and i cant seem to find an
 entry in any of the configurations files to activate it. Could someone
please
 direct me the the exact place where to activate this.

I have read throught the INSTALL files but must have missed something.
