Attachment Open Problem

I have noticed, if I get an attachment for example, if somebody emailed me a
windows doc file, if I choose to open it, it opens Microsoft word and then
it complains "This file could not be found. Try one or more of the
following: *Check the spelling of the name of the document. *Try a different
file name
(C:\..\CJEUVHR4\Jobs7[1].doc) "

Anybody has any idea how to solve this problem ?
