horde2/imp3 Floating lines/space Top menu and the rest.

While adjusting horde2/imp3 font to our local prefs,
I noticed that the main window follows the fontsize
that the user in the browser selects. (Netscape 4.7 "^]")
It is not a visible font what is changing but the space(lines) 
between the top menu ("INBOX, Compose,Folders etc") and 
the line where you put the quota message.
The same space(lines) exist when viewing a message between
top menu ("INBOX, Compose,Folders" etc) and "INBOX: Re..."
