Adding contact to the Adresse Book from a mail

Hi,

Every messages comes with a "booklet" near the "From" or "To"  fields. But every
time I select this booklet I have a message saying "This Person is alredy in
your Adressbook" althougt this person is not in the adresse book.

We have 2 Adressbook :
- 1 share around the whole Firm,
- 1 personnal.

In the options I selected the both Adressbook and ask to add all new contact to
the personnal Adressbook.

I there somewhere in the config files something to set up ?
