[imp] Purge deleted error

The Empty Trash Folder action was added at my request, and I'm mostly
happy with it as it does what I need it to do.  However, I suspect what
he wants is what I originally wanted - a menu icon to empty the trash
folder regardless of your current mailbox.

The Empty Trash Folder link achieved all my goals as far as
functionality so I wasn't going ask for anything more...until I could
code a patch myself anyway :)
