Random Logout Problem

I have been receiving lots of calls from my users complaining about being 
logged out while either composing a long message or doing something else while 
the browser is minimized. All say that their preferences set to check for new 
mail every 5 minutes. This is an e-mail that I just received from one 
frustrated user:

I was writing a long e-mail and had to go somewhere. I clicked 
on "save draft" and the message disappeared, and I can't find it 
anywhere in Webmail. Can I still retrieve this message, because 
it was about an hour's work!

I don't know if my site is the only one experiencing this problem. I looked 
through the mailing list archives and there were a couple of posts that 
described my problem, but no soultion was provided.

Can anyone help? 

I have installed IMP 3.0/Horde 2.0 using the RPMS as well as PHP RPMS from 
Horde's FTP site. 

Kicking user's out seems to be random. My boss and I kept our browsers open 
most of the day yesterday. We both use IE 6 and we were kicked out a couple of 
times, yesterday. My boss twice today.

Is this a bug? PHP problem? or something I did not setup correctly?
