Problem installing HORDE

Hello,

i've downloaded last week horde-2.0.tar.gz and imp-3.0.tar.gz. After
installing horde the test.php says in Netscape, that the document is
empty.

I have php-4.1.1 installed with mysql and imap support. There is no imap
server installed.

The following error appears if i call index.php:
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php'
(include_path='/usr/lib/apache/php') in
/webmailer/horde-2.0/lib/Registry.php on line 4

This PEAR.php file should be in the package i believe. I have searched
for it but found nothing.

Please help me to install it correctly.
