[imp] how to enable folders in IMP 3.0 ?

Sorry for mailing so much this ML but I really love HORDE/IMP and I would very
like to code a piece of it...
And I have a pop server and can't for now put an imap one...

so maybe I'm interesting in coding folders features for pop server...

anyway, congratulations for making such a nice piece of software !
