Robert, well I have seen the word compile quite a bit through reading
all the posts, readme's etc. I may be just to new to this but I am not
sure what that means.  What I did to get to this point was download all
the files.  Manually copy them into the designated directories.
Assigned all the access permissions on those directories and then
started manually editing all the files.  In one of the files it asks if
how the SSL should be handled, I chose to let it automatically decide.
