[imp] Undefined index: msgl

Well, I have PHP Version: 4.2.0-dev. I updated to this right before i
started to get the error messages. Does that mean this is happening because
of the latest PHP? I upgraded the PHP because of a CERT warning...:

CERT has issued a Security Advisory concerning PHP remote vulnerabilities.

	O I saw this when I tried the CVS php-4.2-dev .. which is
		changing some of the index naming and testing funcs.

	o It went away with php-4.1.2
