[imp] Remove Maintenance

Well, i have to say that the code is in at this time in beta test, but it's
work. Like in PHP and so in IMP we can not setting up APOP , the program
try to log in apop and if the login sequence failed, it connect in normally
pop. if you want to test yourself i can send you the files.

Subject: Feature request: New-mail popup window

Is there anyway we can make the new-mail alert window appear as the 
top-level window. I often have imp active in when working which flags 
any new mail but the alert window is usually obscured by the other 
applications I have open and since I don't have sound it often goes 
unnoticed for hours.

I'd like to be able control whether the alert window comes-up as top 
window or not.

Any suggestions?
