PB on folders delete operation

Hi all :-)

I have the last CVS RELENG_x versions of IMP, Turba, and Horde.

Problem 1:
When we create several folders, ie:

perso
+ folder 1
   + mail 1
+ folder 2
   + mail 1
   + mail 2

Now, I try to delete perso. What happens is that nothing can be
deleted.
I have to delete the sub-folders folder 1, folder 2 to be able to
delete the master folder perso.

But if all folders are empty, no problems.
 
Do you have a fix for this ?

Problem 2:
I cannot create folders which contains accentuated symbols.

Hum... a fix ?
