Not everyone knows English... What to do?  Should those who don't
speak English not be allowed to ask for help?

I noticed once or twice someone replied with a reply in both English
and the language the question was in.  This was cool!  Then the person
asking the question received an answer they could understand, and
those of us who didn't speak that language also got to understand the
conversation!  

I know it is a lot of work to answer question twice, in two different
languages, but if possible this is an awesome thing to do!
