IMP 3.1 vs 3.0

What needs to be done in an upgrade?

What configuration files can be moved en-tot, and what will need new
modifications?

And would it really be a better idea to go to Horde 2.1 as well? (In
which case the same cases apply)

I'm eventually hoping to get IMP working with Japanese mail, but my 3.0 
install isn't, and before I work too hard on it, I thought I should move to 
the newer code.
