to upgrade

Sir,

We are running IMP version 2.2.7 with horde 
successfully for some time now and we do not have any 
problem. this service is running on Red hat 7.1.

Can any one tell me if how can upgrade to IMP 3.0 or 
later without downloading? (i.e. automatic upgrading)

If I have to install, the please tell me from where I 
can get lates RPM's of PHP and apache? (respective 
sites do nat have and red hat is also not having)
