[imp] Using MySQL as User Database

I use poppassd and that lets me change user passwords through a web
form.

Depending on your mail setup (Not Horde/IMP) is if you can use MySQL for
your user database.  I know some mail server software have extensions to
support mail users in MySQL databases.
