[imp] having trouble with imp2horde.pl and imp2turba.pl

Attached is the modified perl script imp2horde.pl. The original script
didn't migrate signatures and other pref informations from imp 2.2.

I couldn't test this script with mysql. I also had to replace the "our" 
declarations with "my" since my perl 5.005 seems to be too old for this 
new stuff and at least I wanted to know if the script is executable.
