INBOX ONLY SHOWS UP

I am using the newest version of Horde IMP 3.0, with VPOPMAIL on a
FreeBSD system. 
I am using SQL authentication and can't seem to get any other folders to
show 
up in IMP other then the INBOX. I can get another program (inter7's
sqlwebmail)
to create and read folders, so I know it is not a configuration issue of
the server.
I have a feeling I am missing something in the IMP configuration files.

 
Can someone help?
