Imp and address book

I have a problem with my address book on IMP3.0 (with horde2.0) I get this 
error: 
Warning: Uninitialized string offset: 0 
in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/templates/prefs/sourceselect.inc on line 
61 

and also if i want to add to addess book i get this error also: 
The file defining the contacts/add call (%application%/lib/api.php) is not 
readable. 

I have dir premissions 0755 and file premissions 0644
