[imp] IMP 3.0 Slow as Hell!!!

If you use imap you might still have a problem if those 10,000 messages are in
your inbox.  A better solution would be to make another folder (old mail) and
move your mail to there.  It will take a long time to do this, but you could
then tell IMP to only check you INBOX for new mail in Folders options.  That
will probably do what you want.
