pb with attachement

hello

I use horde2.0 imp3.1 cvs solaris8 cyrus imap

I tried to send a mail with attach ; if the size of attach file is small (2to 5
Meg) all run ok

I tried to attach a 9Meg file, the file arrive in the /tmp directory in the
solaris but when I push the send mail buttom two mail was send :

one without the attach file an another with the attach file

you can see the log of postfix :

in php.ini :
file_upload = 16M
memory_limit = 32Meg
upload_tmp_dir = "/tmp" 

I have no message errors in any log file (horde.log , imap.log, messages etc)

my php version is 4.1.2
apache is 3.23

any ideas
