IMP for Japanese

Hi,

I have just read that there is Japanese Localization for IMP3.0 in
mailing-list archive. Thanks for great works.

Is there any site which I can try out? I should I download the
localization kit and install it myself. But I have no server for testing
at this moment.. I am just wondering I can try IMP demo site using with
Japanese character set. 

By the way this Japanese Localization will be include IMP 3.1 release?
