Send, save don't work

Hi all,
    I have the following config

Horde: 2.0=20
IMP: 3.0=20
Turba: 1.0=20
Passwd: 2.0=20
Redhat 7.2
PHP 4.1.2

IMP works at picking up IMAP messages but once I click compose I cannot =
send or save the message.  Both times when the buttons are clicked the =
compose.php is reloaded as a blank email

Any tips would be great
