Need Help with Upgrade

I am very new to this php4 an imp 3.0 and I have sent out this request =
before and received several answers but I am still not able to switch to =
the new Horde and IMP.SORRY!!  I had everything working fine in the old =
version. And all I used was the FAQ but the FAQ doesn't seem to cover =
the new versions So, Here is what I am having problems with:

 I am running RH7.2 with Horde 2.0 , IMP 3.0 ,Turba and mysql

I have 10 different domains I host mail for all on one server including =
named based virtual websites. I want to run just the webmail under =
SSL.and all the websites under regular port 80 access.
  ? Where and how do I put the directives for Horde and IMP in the =
httpd.conf file? I can only get horde to come up on the edges and a 404 =
in the middle of the screen.

Also each user goes to there own url followed by /webmail/ to log in-  =
So I need there default reply address to pull the domain out of the =
address bar.
  ? Can that be done?

 Any help would be great or any samples would help, and hopefully this =
will get me started so my users can get there mail,, lolol :-(=20
