[imp] Upgrading from 2.0/3.0 to 2.1/3.1

I had tried doing this, but have found many of the config
files vastly different.  I took an inventory of the old features,
removed the old versions, installed the new versions and then
went through the config files looking for the features that I
had used prior.

All the features that I had used before, are still available with
_sooo_ much more!!  (That was not meant to rhyme...) :-)

I really like the new version!!  Good job Horde/IMP Team!

This makes it sound like there are some new settings in the config
files. Is there any easy way to keep the changes I've made to the config
files while upgrading? I'm guessing not...
