[imp] Folders with Courier IMAP and QMail

Well, instead of INBOX, I just left the setting blank and now I can see
my folders! However, I cannot create new folders. The error I get is:

"The folder 'TEST' was not created. This is what the server said:
Invalid Mailbox Name"

Any idea why? This works fine with IMAP hosted on our other MS Exchange
Server, but is giving problems in QMail/Courier-IMAP.

I set it to 'INBOX', but it's still not giving me the other folders.
Any
other ideas?
