RC2: Javasript disabled -> All "new mail" related buttons don't work

IMP RC 2 with HORDE RC 1.
Browser: Konqueror 2.2.2.
(I don't know if this is only true for RC2.)

P r o b l e m :
The 
Options -> Message Composition -> Save Options 
and the
Options -> Message Composition -> Return to Options 
Button don't work if I have disabled javascript in my browser (konqueror). 
The same is true for all Buttons of the "Copose new message".

R e m a r k :
The compose site isn't shown in a own browser window, cause I have disabled 
javascript.
I use the following setting in ..../imp/config/prefs.php for this:
// compose in a separate window?
$_prefs['compose_popup'] = array(
    'value' => 0,
...
