[imp] How to remove Folder Prefix?

Hi Jan, which one of the following folders prefs do I need to lock for the 
"Folder Prefix" in IMP 3.0 not to be displayed in the login page?
// user folder path
// list of folders to expand by default
// list of folders to poll for new mail

If you have IMP 3.0 lock the folders preference in config/prefs.php.
