My brain seems to be to small to solve all possible combinations that can 
occur if a user accesses the framset. Unless someone else is able to 
achieve the behaviour stated in the comment for this configuration, I 
adapted the comment to the reality. It's now a global configuration if to 
show the Horde menu at all, no matter if the user access the frameset or 
the application directly.
