[imp] RFC822/PEAR problem ?

This is something I poked at a bit in the past, and ran into some issues - 
I think with the Mail_RFC822 class. If anyone has suggestions on handling 
this better within IMP - preferably in the form of patches :) - I'd love 
to see them.
