Frank... I think I found it.
Edit the /imp/config/conf.php file and set the following:
$conf['server']['show_dotfiles'] = true;

Yeah. That worked. But still nothing under IMP...
I have an account on a provider's webmail. It's using IMP 2.0, I have
sent-mail and trash folders and I can create as many folders as I
want... I know it uses postfix as MTA but I don't know which IMAP server
runs there.

Yea I read that. I tried it before.. didn't help me.
In Outlook express, modify your account, click on the IMAP tab at the
top,
and enter "INBOX" for your root folder path. That should help with
being
able to create root folder.
