[imp] login and logout strange behavior ..

Not long ago, I started experiencing a funny problem when logging out of 
IMP and trying to log back in again, and checking in the archives, I 
found this message, which is exactly what is happening to me.

    Hello Guys,

    I've noticed a fresh new change on horde from CVS this morning. We 
have this new option on horde.php

// Should we redirect to the Horde frameset after login if the user
// points his browser directly to a Horde application?
$conf['menu']['display'] = true;

    Changing this to FALSE I can successfully login directly to imp ( with
/horde/imp ) and horde frameset really does not appear. Altough, when I 
log logout a new login screen appears. If I login on this screen, right 
after a logout, I'll be logged to horde and not IMP.

    Questions: Is this behavior correct ?

Later in the same thread, Jan replied saying that it had been fixed, but 
even after updating RELENG_3 CVS this morning, I'm still having the 
same thing happen on my system.  The only time it does not happen is 
if after the logout I try to login to an account that hasn't had the monthly 
maintenance question asked... if I then press "Skip maintenance" I am 
taken to IMP as usual.  Any ideas?
