[imp] CVS and configuring working sites

Hello all,
 

 
is there a way to maintain IMP webmail working at
 
a website, in addition to an up-to-date version
 
of the code using CVS? I mean, if I have my own
 
configuration options of an IMP build, how can
 
these options be maintained in case I use CVS
 
to update the code?
