[imp] Message Display Problem (?)

I setup IMP and Horde a few days ago .. got it working for the most part. :)
yay!

but on to my problem.
When I log in to check mail ... and when I actually select to display an
individual message.. it doesn't display the text of the message .. ever.
It has a couple links under the subject.. one which displays the raw content
of the email (headers and all) ...
but sometimes even that isn't ther.e
Anyone encounter this ?
