[imp] RC2 last login still broken?

Hi,

I've got the similar problem, that Liam Hoekenga reported on 11
April with Last Login bar not showing up in RC2 despite being turned on in
both prefs.php and in the user mysql prefs.

The problem seems to have occured with the change from RC1 to RC2.
The answer from the archives seems to be to update horde/Prefs.php
to a new patched version.

However the updated version 1.57.2.4 of Prefs.php is what already
comes with RC2 I downloaded. I got the latest Prefs.php (1.66) from HEAD
and tried that but it's still broken. The bug must be some other file.

I presume this is fixed in HEAD somewhere. Could another fixed branch,
be released for RC3?  RC2 has been out at least a month, and this is a
nasty bug which would warrant another RC!
