[imp] More information on sent-mail issue

I discovered what apparently triggers the problem with mail not being saved 
to sent-mail.  If the 'save_sent_mail' option is locked, even if it is 
locked with a value of '1', mail does not seem to save.

Once I set the locked option to false, mail again started going to sent-
mail.  I'm not sure when this stopped working.  If I go as far back as 
December, sent-mail works even if the option is locked.  As late as March, 
it doesn't work.
