[imp] Login Screen Background and Removing Menu Options

Two Questions:

1) How can I change the background IMAGE of the Login screen? Is there a
way or can I only change the color?

2) How can I remove a couple of the menu options that display at the
bottom of the Horde login screen? I want to remove the Horde and
Administration options but leave the others.
