The module PEAR::Log is no more part of mod_php4's tarball. You can grab
it separately from <URL:http://pear.php.net/get/Log>.

I have re-activated the port of PEAR to include these files (see
<URL:http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=37649>), in
collaboration with Dirk (maintainer of the port of mod_php4), and he
will commit it as soon as he will be ready.
