[imp] Problem with mail forward

The same happens when replying.

My sent-mail folder is named Lähetetyt (that's sent-mail in Finnish). 
We use stock RedHat 7.3 wu-imap; the folder filename on the server is 
L&5A-hetetyt. I see that the reply/reply to all/forward link (HTML) 
says 'thismailbox=mail%2FL%25265A-hetetyt'.

Maybe it's some kind of folder name parsing problem? I'll look more 
into this when I've time.
