A true mime driver would be cleaner, yes, but no one has built it and I don't 
have the time. This solution is a "hack" at best but it works like a champ. 
Just a few lines of php and I was done.

Oh, and images sent with IMP that have images attached won't display inline 
with IMP out-of-the box. At least not with any configuration I've ever seen. 
I'm not talking about html e-mails that already have <img> tags embedded, I'm 
referring to regular e-mails that have images _attached_ as separate files. 
This hack checks for the existence of image attachments and automatically adds 
the <img> tag to the body of the e-mail.
