[imp] Use the correct mailing lists, damnit!

The IMP mailing list seems to have become the generic catch-all for 
all Horde applications.  That is not good, especially when someone 
goes to the Kronolith list archives and can't find an answer to a 
common question because it was answered on the IMP list.

We have a while slew of mailing lists (I know; I spend hours each week
managing them), so do the Horde world a favor and make the most of
them.  The IMP list gets enough traffic as it is.
